Well, it's finally here. The tax deadline has arrived just like clockwork, and that means if you haven't already filed your return, you need to do so before the end of the day on April 15th or file an extension. If you don't, you'll face some stiff penalties.

One of the reasons many people are late to file is because they owe money to the IRS but simply can't afford to pay. This isn't a fun situation to be in, but not filing by the deadline or forgetting to file an extension will just make matters even worse. Luckily, there is some help available if you find you can't pay the IRS right now. Find out what you can do to help minimize the penalties when you can't pay your taxes on time.
