It's a buyer's market out there, and those who are looking to make a home purchase have a lot of options these days. Buying a home can seem like a relatively straightforward proposition, but there's really a lot of details to consider. First, you find a house that you like and that you can afford, and then obtain a loan to pay for the house. But in reality, there are a number of additional fees and expenses that may be involved with the transaction. Many times these may not be obvious as they get wrapped up into the loan or may be paid for by the seller. Either way, you want to make sure that you know what fees will go along with the transaction and who is responsible for paying them.
